Important legal-review notice

This document describes the current beta application's intended operating practices. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production adoption. If this document conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

Sources

Bank analysis is based principally on publicly available FFIEC Call Report and Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) information. Credit-union analysis is based principally on publicly available NCUA Call Report and Financial Performance Report (FPR) information. Additional public institution, market, or regulatory sources may be identified in a report package. Source agencies can revise data, definitions, peer groups, and release schedules.

Periods and peer data

The latest available subject-institution period and peer-comparison period may differ because regulators publish data on different schedules. Reports identify the selected period and, where available, source and metric-manifest information. Users should review period labels and source notes before relying on comparisons.

Calculations and validation

Financial values, ratios, trends, peer comparisons, and reporting periods are derived from identified source fields and deterministic programmatic calculations. The workflow uses structured metric manifests, source reconciliation, deterministic validation, package-completeness checks, independent AI-assisted review, and a recorded human delivery decision. These controls are designed to detect errors; they do not guarantee that every source or output is complete or error-free.

Artificial intelligence

AI may assist with narrative generation, trend interpretation, and quality review. AI does not replace the underlying regulatory data or deterministic calculations and is not authorized to invent unsupported metrics. Additional details appear in the Artificial Intelligence Use & Governance Disclosure presented during registration.

Limitations and verification

Results can be affected by missing or revised source data, institution-specific accounting or reporting choices, merger activity, period basis, metric definitions, peer-group composition, rounding, and assumptions disclosed in the package. Users should verify material information against the applicable official source and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

No advice or endorsement

Reports are analytical decision-support materials and do not constitute legal, regulatory, accounting, investment, lending, underwriting, or compliance advice. They are not an agency determination and do not imply endorsement by the FFIEC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, OCC, NCUA, or any other governmental body.
