Terms governing access to the L'OR Analytics website and reporting service.
Important legal-review notice
This document describes the current beta application's intended operating practices. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production adoption. If this document conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the service or submitting a report request, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Website Disclosures. You represent that you are authorized to act for the organization identified in the request and are using the service for lawful business or professional purposes.
Certain legal terms, including arbitration, liability limitations, indemnification, and intellectual property protections, are contained in the Disclosure Agreement, which users must affirmatively accept before accessing the Services. The Disclosure Agreement is fully incorporated into these Terms.
Service description
L'OR Analytics provides institution-level analytical reports derived principally from public regulatory information and user-selected request parameters. Features, source availability, report contents, delivery estimates, and beta functionality may change. Peer-group data may be released on a different schedule from subject-institution data.
Permitted use
You may use delivered reports internally for evaluation, planning, oversight, and professional analysis and may share them with directors, employees, advisers, examiners, and counterparties for legitimate business purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, remove proprietary notices, falsely imply regulatory endorsement, or resell or systematically redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product without written permission.
User submissions
You retain responsibility for information and branding you submit and represent that you have the right to provide and use them. Do not submit customer-level nonpublic personal information, protected health information, payment-card data, credentials, malware, or other sensitive or unlawful content.
Fees and delivery
Applicable fees and plan terms are shown before checkout or submission. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party provider. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on source availability, package complexity, validation, and required human review. Questions about a charge or an unfulfilled request should be sent promptly to the contact address below.
Analytical limitations
Reports are decision-support materials, not professional advice or a substitute for source verification, due diligence, internal controls, or professional judgment. Calculations and narrative can be affected by source revisions, reporting lags, definitions, missing data, peer selection, and assumptions described in the package. No report constitutes an offer, recommendation, credit decision, regulatory determination, or assurance of future performance.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, L'OR Financial Analytical Systems disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, L'OR Financial Analytical Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made without independent verification of material information. Any limitation is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate endpoint security and controlling access to downloaded reports.
Changes and contact
